Our 1-2-1 training is a bespoke, focused training session designed to give you all the answers you need. Our technicians work with you to share their knowledge and solve any issues you may have. More than that though, we spend the time to make sure you understand and can repeat on your own without our assistance. We can do this training either in person or through screen-sharing technology.

Our Lunch ‘n’ Learn and Think ‘n’ Drink sessions are designed to slot into your workplace. Either with a team seminar over lunch, or a more relaxed session in the afternoon. These group sessions focus on one element of your IT, such as Google Forms or Microsoft Outlook, and explore them in as much detail as you like. They are structured to provide real-world advice and training, as well as loads of handy tips and tricks for even the more seasoned user. This means that the whole group benefits and with time for questions always allocated, nobody should leave a session without improving the way they work. These training sessions on a regular basis begin to offer consistent incremental efficiency gains to a business, which in turn, drive large results and improvements.
