His calm demeaner and deep technical experience ensure all customers receive the greatest care and support.
Jon is our resident nerd and manages the daily operations and strategy of the business.
He describes his job as making the coffee, emptying the bins and keeping the lights on.
Stephen is our fearless founder (and the man responsible for the name Octopus!).

Romy is our in house cheese expert.
She also manages the business development team and is responsible for all client communicaitons. Primarily though, it’s cheese.
Dani works on the web hosting and maintenance arm of the business, keeping our client websites online and secure.
