A bit about us…
We don’t just want to work with you once, we want to build a relationship. Octopus Computers is your local partner, whose knowledge and affiliations give you a world of possibilities. We ensure this through 2 basic principles:
- Extraordinary service. We don’t want to be good, we want to be great. As the mantra goes, “good enough is not good enough”
- Honest feedback. Both with our staff and customers; if something isn’t working then we’ll say it. If the cheaper product is better for you than a more profitable option, we promise to tell you transparently and immediately.
Octopus Computers has been servicing the Rutland area for over a decade. Our growth and success is attributed predominantly to the high levels of service and integrity, which our customers enjoy. As a result of this, most of our business comes from referrals instead of direct sales.
Our goal is not to sell a physical product. Instead, we strive to build a long term working relationship with you, the customer, whereby we help guide you through the ever evolving technological landscape to the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for you.

Stephen
MD
Stephen founded Octopus Computers to make computing more accessible to everyone. The company has grown significantly and although he spends his time primarily on managing the business, he also remains involved with both domestic and business customers.
Jon
Business Development Manager
Jon is our Business Development and Sales Manager. He is often the first point of contact for our customers and liaises with the majority of our external partners to find the right solution.
Romy
Business Development Executive
Romy is the main point of contact for our customers. She is here to keep everyone happy.
Charlotte
Operations Manager
Charlotte helps with our processes and efficiencies throughout Octopus. She supports the whole team helping everybody have an easier life while ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
Dani
Web Management
Dani heads up our Web Team, supporting customers from initial website concept through to completion and management.
John
Technical Support
John is one of our support technicians. He has experience in resolving a wide range of issues, and can often be found helping our customers both on site and remotely.
